Red Stripe: Demonstrate arm bar from the guard (Ground #3)

Black Stripe: Combatives

What am I going to do at TESTING?
     1. Hwa-Rang Hyung (form) must complete 2 times correctly
     2. Free Sparring with Partners

     3. Board Breaking (re-breakable boards; must break at least 1 to pass)

         a) Side Kick

         b) Hand Technique (hammerfist, palmheel, or elbow for kids)
     4. Combatives #1-#3 with a partner
