About The Event
Tai Chi or Taijiquan is a low impact movement based martial art. Usually done without any partner, individuals who practice Tai Chi typically are seeking to improve strength, balance, range of motion, and coordination. It can be done by anyone and is especially good for those "mature" in years and those with mobility issues.
This series is taught by Coach Evans, who is a 6th degree black belt and has been practicing martial arts for almost 27 years. It is for adults only and we will meet on Tuesdays and Fridays @ 9am from May 11th thru June 18th.
