Our bodies are the vehicles we use to get through and experience life. TaeKwonDo can be practiced by everyone, at any age, regardless of previous activity level, athletic ability or strength. TaeKwonDo is an activity that can be practiced for a lifetime. With the practice of TaeKwonDo, you'll develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. You'll also learn empowering self-defense skills.
Through practicing TaeKwonDo, students become sharper mentally. Physical activity strengthens our minds. Our TaeKwonDo program has the added benefit of integrating discipline which can be transferred to every aspect of life. Focus, mindfulness, and concentration on martial arts practice develops those skills in other areas as well.
Character development and refinement is the priceless benefit of our program. Our students don't just walk out our doors with skills for TaeKwonDo. We send them out the door with skills for daily life, school, work, family, home and beyond. Character is strengthened. We grow. We set goals. We become better.

All Junior and above memberships include classes 6 days per week (Monday thru Saturday). Come train as often as you'd like!

Our mission is to bring the highest quality of TaeKwonDo instruction to as many people as effectively possible. In order to maintain the quality of instruction, we freeze enrollment when needed, and focus on the students in our dojang before enrolling more students.
