IMPROVING LIVES THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS
We like everyone to try a week free to see if we are a good fit! Give us a try!
The TKD Training Center is an online Martial Arts Program with live online classes several days per week!
If you are interested in video classes that can be done completely on your schedule, we have a program for you as well!
Our bodies are the vehicles we use to get through and experience life. TaeKwonDo can be practiced by everyone, at any age, regardless of previous activity level, athletic ability or strength. TaeKwonDo is an activity that can be practiced for a lifetime. With the practice of TaeKwonDo, you'll develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. You'll also learn empowering self-defense skills.
Through practicing TaeKwonDo, students become sharper mentally. Physical activity strengthens our minds. Our TaeKwonDo program has the added benefit of integrating discipline which can be transferred to every aspect of life. Focus, mindfulness, and concentration in martial arts practice develops those skills in other areas as well.
Character development and refinement is the priceless benefit of our program. Our students don't just walk away with skills for TaeKwonDo. We send them out into the world with skills for daily life, school, work, family, home and beyond. Character is strengthened. We grow. We set goals. We become better.
Majority of classes taught by 6th degree black belt, Master Bryan Evans.
